What: Sendwithus (Third party email platform) will be undergoing infrastructure maintenance in order to increase the scalability and stability of Sendwithus. The Sendwithus dashboard will be unavailable and we expect there to be short periods of API unavailability. API calls are safe to retry and we will be providing updates as necessary.
Scheduled for: Mar 7, 07:00 - 15:00 PST
Impact: There may be periods of API unavailability which will affect email delivery of transactional emails (not AdRoll Email).
We rely on Sendwithus for transactional emails today which include: * Customers may not be able to sign-up during this period if email verification emails are not delivered. * Emails letting customers know that their campaign has completed and will no longer serve * They will also not be able to change their email address via Settings as the email change email will not be sent * Policy related emails will not be sent so customers won't know if campaigns are rejected in real-time * Billing emails could be delayed so customers won't receive an email letting them know their billing collection failed * Scheduled Reports may not get sent out
