Investigating -
Users might have trouble logging in when using browsers with pre-existing app.adroll.com site data.
This would be resolved if the user facing this issue clears app.adroll.com site data, as instructed below. Alternatively, this can be resolved by logging in incognito mode, or with an alternate browser.
- Right click on the page.
- Go to the Application tab
- Click on "Clear Site Data"
